Twelve years of battling opioid use disorder and trying many different programs/rehabs, and Symetria Recovery is the only place where I have found/have had success within my recovery. Their communication/transparency from staff is always on point, and everyone is genuinely dedicated to putting recovery above everything else. Everyone at Symetria (Lewisville Location) shows that have your best interest at heart, and Symetria's doctors, as well as counselors are by far the best I have ever worked with thus far on my journey. They are extemely open, honest, and by far have the most knowledge of all prior doctors and counselors regarding substance abuse. I don't know if I would be alive today without Symetria and it's staff. I am forever Thankful and Grateful for this clinic/program and if anyone out there who needs help or is looking to get help, I highly recommend Symetria Recovery. Actually, I ONLY recommend Symetria Recovery.

Great staff who truly listen and treat you like a patient not just an “addict,” as many places do. At Symetria, you never have to worry about being belittled or dehumanized. It’s my go to clinic. I’ve tried other centers, but the Symetria in Lewisville has always been the most caring and supportive place I’ve experienced. And same with the hurst location but this location is my favorite.

My experience with Redeem has been such a blessing. The staffing and it’s owners have been so helpful in so many ways, they are always available to help whenever a problem arises in life. even outside of the recovery aspect, they are always looking to help out however they can with the many social resources they have. There is a lot of knowledge here to help you navigate life’s problems. The counselors here truly care for your well being and are always making sure everyone is heard and helped and are even willing to take the time outside of their work schedule to help you if you really need it. I’m truly comfortable with the staff and the other patients here.

There's not enough great things I can say about this place. The PHP, IOP, one-on-one therapy are all phenomenal. The curriculum they use and approach they take in teaching the proper techniques and skills to maintain long term sobriety are second to none. I have learned so much about myself while being a client here. The therapist meet you where your at in your recovery whether that's day 1 or day 100. I have been treated with the utmost of care and understanding. They cultivate an environment that truly gives you plenty of room to grow and heal. I don't know where I'd be without them. Thank you Redeem!! For saving my life!!.

I love this place. Kimberly and Joe have been a huge help in guiding me through my struggles and victories. These people truly care about the well-being and self esteem of their clients. You will be greeted by people you can trust and depend on here. Especially when you feel like you have nothing left. Oh plus, they’ve got some great snacks here. and are actively working towards keeping us engaged in recovery without burn out.
