I am incredibly grateful for my experience at Overland! The staff were incredibly empathetic and accommodating. They provided a wide range of therapeutic techniques, methods, and resources to support me in my mental health journey, which I think is incredibly special and vital as we are multifaceted and complex beings… so one size does not fit all. I especially loved, Noelle, my therapist who made me feel so safe and seen throughout the entire process. I really needed a support group that could meet me where I was at, and be really patient and sensitive, and I really experienced that here throughout my time. I gained so many helpful insights from so many of the staff that I will continue to use in my day to day life. Anyone who feels lost or struggling, I highly recommend you give Overland a chance. All the staff are truly wonderful people and care deeply about what they do.

Overland is an excellent treatment center. The team is deeply committed to every participant. I treasure all the skills learned during a challenge time in my life. I felt supported, safe, in a caring environment. Gabriel an amazing care manager helped me to navigate difficult situations. Compassionate therapist like Angela, Monica, Neigin, motivated me to continue in my journey with courage and resilient. My love to Natalia (sound bath) Sara helped me find new meaning of energy in my body with her yoga teaching. Eldar with boxing is also a big part of the excellent team. Thank you everyone. I had an amazing and healing experience at Overland Intensive Outpatient Program. All the Staff are so kind, warm and truly care about their patients. Also, they have Alumni Events once you graduate to help you stay connected and on track. Highly recommend.
