THE DISCOVERY HOUSE REVIEWS

The Discovery House has been a tremendous program in my recovery journey. Nearly all the staff are amazing and engage with every client, sharing their personal journeys and how to build a strong personal foundation. The AM staff is outstanding but the PM staff supervisor and shift lead spend more time playing cards and sitting than client engagement and working. The food couldn't be better, as well as Mickey and Kristina (The Boss ladies) are wonderful and helpful. My counselor Stanley truly cares and was vital in my journey to recovery. The counselor Victor is completely worthless and I really hope that they fire him. Carly the AM shift supervisor is kind, caring, always available and has such great insight for any situation. The medical staff are attentive and extremely knowledgeable. With minor changes that admin have listened to and I've seen them start to implement, this would be a five star rating. If you read this Danny boy I love you and thank you for knowing how to handle me :). Make sure to ADVOCATE for yourself, they do listen and are happy to accommodate. The Discovery house has set me on a right path for recovery and I couldn't be more grateful. If your reading this and you are powerless against your addiction and life has become unmanageable, PLEASE call The Discovery House as your life depends on it and they are in the business of saving lives.

I couldn't be more happy with the level of care and education I received at The Discovery House. Everyone was so supportive and tuned in to each individuals needs. The faculty was clean and well organized with the daily groups and provided outside meetings and events as well. I feel completely confident in the tools I received to go home with the knowledge I need to stay sober and to successfully live my life without addiction. I thank you all for everything! you are all so very special to me.

I’d say the discovery house helped me out a ton when I needed it the most. I was living on the street while fighting alcoholism and looking for a place to heal. The staff were always supportive and great at checking in on you too see how they can help. The detox is a great way to recollect yourself, especially if you’ve had a rough time in the recent past. I would not recommend rehab to just anyone, but for some it may save a life.

If you need help with your addiction then I strongly encourage you to contact Muse. The staff are understanding, the program is focused on the issues that keep addicts relapsing and teaches them things to combat urgent and mindsets that keep an addict in addiction. Recovery is possible. I was a patient here and didn’t put in the work and it showed when I got home and chose to relapse. I came back to Muse for a second time and it’s really amazing at the difference it can make when you actually apply what they teach you. Hands down best experience I could ever recommend.

This place has truly changed our life for the better. Amazing staff and some of the best house managers who dedicate their time to us all! They all work with us day and night to keep our sobriety number one.Thank you muse treatment and staff for all the hard work you guys do daily for all your clients.
