CARSON'S FOOD & DRINK REVIEWS
By far the best restaurant in Lexington, Ky, hands down. The service is absolutely incredible, they're so friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. The food is amazing, I've never had a dish I didn't like. And if you love banana bread pudding, you're in for a treat, Carson's is out of this world!! Did I mention that their brunch is spectacular too?? Do yourself a solid and go to Carson's the next time you're headed out for a great dinner in Lexington.
I've been here twice now. My wife and I came one evening for dinner and got lucky to get the last seat available (forgot to get a reservation). The food was amazing. Maybe the best we'd had in town. This week, I went back for lunch and opted for a burger and again, it was great. The BBQ sauce flavor was amazing.
I have spent several years traveling and exploring for my favorite shrimp and grits. The comparison is always against Carson’s shrimp and grits recipe. It is still my favorite! The environment and atmosphere is always perfect. Waiters are kind, hostesses are wonderful and the bartenders can make a mean drink. Food quality is excellent. You also can’t go wrong with the steak and Bloody Mary’s. My favorite restaurant in all of Kentucky. Make sure you get a reservation! We were very lucky to get in on my birthday.

WINDY CORNER MARKET REVIEWS
Great place!! Good food! Clean and very friendly waitstaff. I tried the Windy Corner burger, very tasty. The meat was fresh and well cooked, loved their special sauce. Fries were hot and crisp. I tried a sorghum cookie, yum!!
I was introduced to Windy Corner by family as we were passing through KY. Wow! I like to pride myself on knowing where good quality food can be found. This is now near the top of my list. Expect fast friendly service with high quality American fare. They have a great family atmosphere that is great as a casual lunch or dinner spot. Don’t make the mistake of eating too many apps. Save room for the wide range of cookies, cake and pie. They have lots of products available for you to take home and enjoy like sauces and honey. I especially liked that they have some local craft beer for purchase.
Charming setting with a friendly staff. An eclectic menu with interesting choices. Beautiful cookies, pies, cakes, and muffins. I LOVED the fried banana pepper rings. I could eat them till they came out my ears! We look forward to going back to try the fried oyster po'boy and the burgers.

JOSIE'S REVIEWS
This was such a nice place! The inside had a homey feel to it, and I loved the setup. I ordered a tomato soup with salad and chicken and it was amazing!! Most definitely will come back to try the tomato soup with grilled cheese! I also will come back to try their breakfast, as that looks good as well. Colleen was my server and she was on it! She made me feel welcome and took great care of me! Josie's provides southern hospitality like no other restaurant I've been to so far in Lexington. 11/10-- recommend.
Colorful, creative, comfortable atmosphere and decor. Fast, efficient, friendly, well trained staff. Eclectic menu with great choices for breakfast or lunch. We had waffles with where amazing. All in all a very fun, enjoyable visit. I will definitely return and I would most certainly recommend.
This was my first visit and my sister and I absolutely loved it...ALL of it! The atmosphere was eclectic and inviting. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. And, the food was delicious, especially the "good bacon".
