They bake their bread, make their pancake batter fresh hourly, and squeeze Orange juice fresh each morning. They prepare sausage patties, bistro burgers, turkey burgers, and veggie burgers. They slice their own plank-style super bacon slice, a quarter pound. Customer favorites are Becky's Vanilla Custard Creme Brulee French Toast, Cottage Cheese Pancakes, Everybody's Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, and The Incredible Flying Biscuit. Everything is made from scratch daily. They even make their own "scratch" from scratch. They use all trans-fat-free oils, although there are natural amounts in butter, some meats, and dairy.
