Meadowlark Restaurant

A wonderful meal with great service. We had fried green tomatoes with chow chow. They were hot and crispy. The pork jezebel was so tender my partner didn’t need a knife and the vegetables perfectly cooked. The garlic chicken breast also super moist and delicious. The Lina beans and the goat cheese just added layers of flavor. Dessert was basque cheesecake with cherry sauce. Amazing meal. Waitress super friendly and her pace was perfect in coming to check on us. Vegetarian options: Had several on menu that sounded amazing.

This was the best steak I’ve had in a while and I don’t even remember what the dish was called, nor can I find it on their online menus. But it was a tender and lovely cut, smothered in a cream sauce. As always the service and atmosphere was terrific.

Love this place! It’s quite underrated in my opinion. Awesome food friendly service. Convenient location and very fair prices. We really enjoyed our drinks, appetizer and entrees.
