Everything was absolutely delicious. I had the salmon cooked medium. With the old fashioned drink.. everything was great. Myself and my family enjoyed Shelby, and we'll definitely have to visit again. Thanks for your amazing customer service. It's greatly appreciated. Update... The lamb loin and the rainbow trout were absolutely amazing. Seasoned to perfection, plated beautifully, the sauce with the trout should definitely be bottled and sold separately! also, it was my first time having both... no complaints at all. Also, the risotto with truffles was pretty good, too. Kayla was very pleasant; she made suggestions and recommendations, which was a tremendous help.

My family and I dined this past Saturday and it was really busy. We did not have a reservation and expected a bit of a wait time. The hostesses was pleasant and friendly! Our waitress Lisa was present, efficient and engaging! Our food was amazing! We were recommended of trying their Flat Breads, Sea Scallops, Pork Chop and Chilean Sea Bass and it was delicious!! The desserts are just the perfect bite size! The ambiance and overall experience was really nice!

Food was very good. Service was very quick. Didn't wait long to be served out entrees. The atmosphere was very nice. I'll definitely be going back again. The Rainbow trout was very good.
