I have lived at Rolling Oaks Apartments for 20 years. It is obvious because of the length of time in which I have lived here that I absolutely love living here. Besides great staff who respond quickly to requests for their assistance, it is a well kept apartment complex and its location is fantastic. If you love mother nature, this is the place to be. Also, the other tenants that I meet are friendly and love their pets. What is really unique about it is that the staff provide social events generally each weak that allows you to meet other tenants and enjoy the special food and liquid treats provided by the staff. I have been a life-long renter as an adult and have lived in various rental apartments, but none have been as fantastic as my enjoyment here at Rolling Oaks. For me the wonderful administrative and maintenance staff make me feel welcomed and comfortable in this apartment environment.

I lived here with my family for just over a year. We had a pretty good experience, the staff was wonderful including Kimberly Marrison and the front desk people were great. I had some issues with neighbors but who doesn’t. Commuting wasn’t really an issue from here with I-80 access less than a minute away. Also you rarely hear any road noise and neighbor noise unless they are being overly loud. Nice little park on the grounds and nice basketball court. Pool was cold!!! And hot tub was hot!!! Loved the outside cooking areas and liked all the Saturday activities for family’s!!! Keep up the good work!

The staff and management team has always been so helpful and curteous. The grounds are always well maintained and the amenities are great! I have lived here over 3 years and consider this community one of the best I’ve been apart of.

The property is beautiful, and the staff at Verdant at Green Valley is incredibly courteous and welcoming. We were lucky enough to get a tour from LaKeshia “Kay,” and we were shocked to find out she’s also the Assistant Manager! You can tell she genuinely cares she went out of her way to assist us and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Kay’s professionalism, knowledge, and warmth stood out. If you’re considering making this your home, ask for Kay you’ll be in great hands!

We had a wonderful tour with Lakeshia!! She was very informative and had an excellent attitude. We’re very happy with our experience and will be applying for a unit at Verdant Green Valley.
