BRIDGEPORT RANCH APARTMENTS REVIEWS

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half now, and we have really enjoyed it. Misty (property manager) has been such a pleasant person to communicate with and has made all the aspects of renting really easy. Also I really appreciate their maintenance crew, they're always on top of everything and super friendly as well. It will be sad if we ever have to leave!.

I'm thrilled they installed the stair climber—my gym favorite, now ready for daily use! The spacious pool area and new dog park addition are wonderful. Maintenance is impressively quick, and the manager's friendliness and openness to suggestions are outstanding. For exceptional customer service, Bridgeport is a must-see!.

Saying goodbye to Bridgeport is bittersweet! I've loved my time here, feeling safe and secure, thanks to the amazing staff who always handled issues swiftly. The walking paths, food spots, shopping, and the quick drive to Napa have been fantastic. I'll cherish the memories and miss this wonderful place on my new journey!.

ROLLING OAKS APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

I have lived at Rolling Oaks Apartments for 20 years. It is obvious because of the length of time in which I have lived here that I absolutely love living here. Besides great staff who respond quickly to requests for their assistance, it is a well kept apartment complex and its location is fantastic. If you love mother nature, this is the place to be. Also, the other tenants that I meet are friendly and love their pets. What is really unique about it is that the staff provide social events generally each weak that allows you to meet other tenants and enjoy the special food and liquid treats provided by the staff. I have been a life-long renter as an adult and have lived in various rental apartments, but none have been as fantastic as my enjoyment here at Rolling Oaks. For me the wonderful administrative and maintenance staff make me feel welcomed and comfortable in this apartment environment.

I lived here with my family for just over a year. We had a pretty good experience, the staff was wonderful including Kimberly Marrison and the front desk people were great. I had some issues with neighbors but who doesn’t. Commuting wasn’t really an issue from here with I-80 access less than a minute away. Also you rarely hear any road noise and neighbor noise unless they are being overly loud. Nice little park on the grounds and nice basketball court. Pool was cold!!! And hot tub was hot!!! Loved the outside cooking areas and liked all the Saturday activities for family’s!!! Keep up the good work!.

The staff and management team has always been so helpful and curteous. The grounds are always well maintained and the amenities are great! I have lived here over 3 years and consider this community one of the best I’ve been apart of.

This place is so peaceful, clean, and just simply a place to call home. A place I enjoy calling home, community is everything and we have that here. And to top it all off the staff is beyond amazing, they are always available to assist in any way possible. They go above and beyond to support us tenants.

Renew Avery Park Apartments is a beautiful, clean, and safe community. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance issue is quickly taken care of by Dustin and Chris. I love my apartment, and the manager, Megan, is fantastic, she made my move-in experience smooth and welcoming. The amenities are clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Since we’ve been here, it’s been really nice and quiet. The maintenance staff has been very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
