CRYSTAL VIEW APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

I've been living at Crystalview for a couple years, and it's been a great experience. Kat and Dawn are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The property is well-maintained, and I love how they always have fun events for the residents. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances. The amenities like the pool, gym, dog park, etc. are a great bonus and make it feel like home. Parking is convenient, and the location is perfect—close to the fwy, mall, schools and hospital. I’ve felt safe and comfortable living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My experience in the Crystal View is quite pleasant. The staff knows what they’re doing. They’re friendly they take care of business. I’ve never really had a problem with the staff at Crystal View. I give him a thumbs up and the best rating I could give him five star.

I truly feel at home here. I couldn’t ask to be anywhere better for someone in his 20s pursuing a career that supports living here, and then the wonderful hospitality the staff at crystal view have. Thank you Dawn and Elizabeth!.

Moss Creek and their Management leadership have shown themselves to be professionals practicing community sensitive behavior, embodying personalized courtesy as well as professional business demeanor. I have been leasing property at Moss Creek for at least 27 years, and I tend to respect the consistency of good management practice that I’ve observed over those years; therefore, I highly recommend Moss Creek.

Been living here for a couple years ,every year they do something nice for the residence, they make you feel that you're not only a resident, but you're a family kudos to the office staff.

We have been living here 14yrs, beautiful place, best management you Will find anywhere. Marianne and Shannon, are the best! Maintenance personal are the best! Tropical paradise, love living here.

Just wanted to leave this review in regards to our maintenance man Francisco! I really appreciate how he goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need for always making sure everything in our apartment is up to date. Not only is he respectful and polite but he makes sure to take initiative by letting us know any new updates or changes the apartment makes like parking and reminds me when the street sweeper comes so I don’t get any tickets lol Just wanna say thanks again and keep up the good work Francisco!!.

Living at La Madera has been great if I have any concerns or complications they are fixed immediately thanks to the help of maintenance, Francisco. All the issues in my apartment have been fixed within 24 hours. The manager Tiffany is great at communicating with residents and resolving issues. Great community.

I have lived here for over 1 year and half and I can give an honest review. I love the place it's calm and peaceful. I don't know what the old maintenance guy was doing but his work was very careless and sloppy. There is a new maintenance worker Francisco. He already has fixed a list of stuff that was never worked on in just one day. He is a respectful young man with a lot of potential. With very little time being here he has made a huge impact in our community and place we call home. Our family is happy.
