3 Best Apartments For Rent in Green Bay, WI

Been living here for four months. I got a recently renovated apartment and it has been nothing but amazing. Wall are thick and the neighbors are quite and respectful. The manager & staffs in the residence office are really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is so quick and responsive: Heater not working properly, got fixed in 2 days. Dryer did not work well, they came two times to make sure it worked. The rent might be expensive to a lot of people but in my opinion worth the experience ( don’t read this and increase my rent please). Looking forward to staying here for longer.

Lived in a recently renovated unit, hardwood floors, my allergies loved it. Everything in the apartment worked or was fixed as soon as we said something. They were very relaxed about most rules, I think other than them being a bit curt when our dog died and them seeming a bit ruffled when I asked why parking rules weren't enforced I didn't have a single bad experience. Maintenance was almost always handled the next morning, the maintenance guy always knocked before entering, we had adequate notice when they were inspecting HVAC. I went through a breakup and had to move out and management was extremely accommodating and worked with me on processing all the paperwork in a very efficient manner, seemed willing to help ensure I had access to retrieve my belongings if needed. I would live here again.

I love living here. Getting ready to renew my lease for a 3rd year. Management is incredible. Shout out to Robert the Manager and all the amazing staff.

If I could give The Bohemian ten stars I would. Jenny and joe are truly great! Any questions or maintenance needed; they were quick to get things done. They care and know everyone by name in the buildings. The location is convenient and super close to everything. The apartment complex is clean and gorgeous. Sadly I had to relocate to another city for a job. If I ever moved back to Green Bay I would come back the bohemian without a second thought.

Bohemian Park is by far the best place to live in Green Bay. The location is unbeatable, the apartments itself is absolutely stunning and it feels like a true family atmosphere. Management is also amazing and goes so far above and beyond, I truly have nothing bad to say. This was the best place my dog and I have lived and has been the standard I have compared every place I have lived in since. I honestly wish I could just have this place down in Florida where I am now living, it’s just that good.

My husband and I lived at the Bohemian when the apartment first opened with our puppy and we were welcomed by not only a place to live but a community. The bohemian apartments were clean and the management team was organized & very accommodating. We loved the location close to bars, restaurants & the stadium. Since we moved out we recently toured the new building and amenities are beautiful & Modern!.
