Sooooo, I met someone in the leasing office named Vicky and she was so helpful in helping me find a home. She found me the perfect home, and she is there whenever I have any questions or comments (no concerns :)) The community is very nice! I love the gym, pool & both recreational rooms.

Upon entering the Loreto and Palacio leasing office, I received a warm welcome and friendly greeting from Yamilet. Her expertise and patience in guiding me through various apartment layouts ensured a seamless and positive experience, culminating in the selection of my ideal apartment. The entire leasing office staff provided exceptional and helpful service. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex and express my sincere appreciation to Yamilet.

I just want to say Thank you Thank you Thank you a million times! Renita was such a great help with getting me into my apartment. She was very patient and kept me informed through the whole application process. I called at least twice a day for updates hoping I wasn't being a bother and she answered every question with such professionalism and patience. She really is amazing. I really appreciate her and the entire team. I got my keys, and they made me feel very welcome. Everyone on the team was so nice to me from the moment I came in. They were very helpful and accommodating. I've been in LV for 6 years and this was hands down one of the best leasing offices I've dealt with. Thank you guys again for all your help.

The experience has been great. Ana and her manager has made it so easy and they both helped us with the process they both did above and beyond in order to help us with the move. We thank you both for everything . Moving to Avion at Sunrise mountain has been the best decision ever. So if anyone is looking for a place to move visit Them you won't regret it!!!!!.

Maintenence was on time and very efficient. Granted I made the maintenence request on a Saturday night but when I got home from work Monday, everything was done. Extremely please with their efficiency and timeliness in the request.

Maintenance was very polite and accurate and completed everything with no extra issues. Thank you.

I’ve been here for 10 months and I am very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the staff. Anytime I have questions or need maintenance on something the issue is resolved quickly. I highly recommend. Edna is a GEM.
