I had a great experience at Findlay from the moment I called them until the moment I pulled off the lot in my new truck. I called to get a second opinion after talking to another dealership. Jose was super helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me numbers without having to come in right away because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I’ve been doing allot of research, so when I finally came in to talk numbers he had a great deal already prepared when I walked in the door which made it harder to say no. The truck we talked about was in transit so he found me a better deal on a truck that I love way more than the one I saw originally. This is my first new vehicle and Jose made the experience great from the first time we spoke and I really appreciate that. There was no pressure or fake numbers like the other place I went to. I would highly highly recommend Jose and everyone at Findlay Chevrolet for your car buying experience. Definitely the best in the city.

I’ve owned my new Passport for almost one month and I couldn’t be happier with everyone that I’ve come in contact with at Honda West. From Marcus my sales person to Javier in finance to Richard my service coordinator it’s been a pleasure doing business there. I’d like to give Richard and your service team a shout out. I had a loose piece of body molding that needed repair. Richard went ahead and ordered a new part and went above and beyond and checked all the molding and found another piece was also loose and ordered that one as well. While waiting for the parts to arrive, which was only a couple of days , I had ordered two accessories that I wanted. I ordered them to your shop for pickup. I went back to have the molding installed and would pickup my accessories while I was there. When my car was done I went to the parts counter to get the accessories and I was told they were taken by the service tech. I went to my car and found the accessories had been installed without me even asking. Now that’s service! Definitely 5 star service and that’s from someone whose spent 40 yrs in customer service. Keep up the good work.

From initial phone inquiries to Randy and Ben confirming car availability and trade in appraisal to arriving at the dealership to wrapping up paperwork and a very thorough introduction to our new Honda Pilot I couldn’t be more satisfied and excited.
