I lived at Capistrano apts for around 2 years great atmosphere and great experience with management. They were very attentive and prompt with whatever I needed. Pool and spa were always clean as well as the outside areas. The reason why I left is to move to my own home if not I would still be there.

I've lived here for just about 2 years and I'm very happy with my experience. If you're looking for a place to call home, Capistrano Gardens is a great option. Clean grounds, quiet peaceful living environment, and well managed.

Just moves in to these beatiful apartments. Property Manager Yvette was amazing she helped us throught the whole process. Amazing customer service, amazing staff.

PARK APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Previously, new renovations were made and my apartment has newly insulated windows that keep the heat out hot Summer days, central heating for chilly Fall or Winter nights, and vinyl spacious hardwood flooring with plenty of cabinets which make it both stylish and comfortable. I’ve been overall satisfied with the care that maintenance and management have put forth to maintain a quality of life for their tenants that’s safe, peaceful, and clean. Sometimes trash has been sitting out there for weeks, I think there’s a process for the city to pick up household items like furniture and mattresses, but either way, the trash can get piled up, but picked up eventually.

I toured the property a few days ago, and the premises were really nice—everything was clean and well-maintained. We ended up applying the same day, thanks to Wendy’s help. She was extremely nice and supportive throughout the entire process. A couple of days later, we got approved, and we’re excited to move in! As for the apartment itself, it’s been recently remodeled and looks great. It’s spacious, and the building is very quiet, which is a huge plus. We also love how conveniently located it is, with easy access to freeways and plenty of food spots nearby.

Park Apartments is a nice residence tucked away in a quiet, clean neighborhood. It’s quiet and peaceful. I toured the residence with Sophia and she’s been great and so welcoming. The units are nice! Spacious, clean, and good storage space. I look forward to a continued great experience!

Betsy, Rony and Maria make a great management team. They communicate and get things done. They made me feel welcomed and part of the community. Place has a pool and 3 laundry rooms.Best part is this place is pet friendly they even have a doggie area. That’s a plus!! Imperial palms is a great place to live!!

I love living here, it is a quiet place, it was clean and the manager Stefanie is always willing to help with whatever is needed together with Pepe the maintenance man. We are already celebrating 2 years and are happy to find such a beautiful place.

I was touring in the area for a two bedrooms apartment. Stephanie was very helpful and friendly.
