This review is only for the maintenance crew at Homecoming Terra Vista. Our upstairs neighbor had been dealing with mice on their patio for the last several weeks and let me know that the maintenance staff would be swinging by today to help them clean and pressure wash the patio. I asked if I could get mine cleaned as well since the water would like pour down into our patio, and they said yes. After I removed all of our outdoor furniture, I found a spot the mice had been living on our patio as well. When Elijah and Eric stopped by, I showed them the area and they said they’d take care of it for me. They cleaned everything up and pressure washed the entire area. They let me know when they were finished and everything looked great! I’m very grateful for their help, kindness, and professionalism. Our patio feels clean and useable again. Thank you Eric and Elijah!

I recently had the pleasure of having Steve, the maintenance technician, remove an extremely old, non-working dryer and install a new one. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Steve arrived and was incredibly courteous and professional. He carefully removed the old dryer, ensuring that no damage was done to the surrounding area. The installation of the new dryer was equally impressive. Before leaving, he made sure everything was functioning properly and left the space nice and clean. Kudos to the Maintenance Team for always offering quality service!

The maintenance team is amazing. I have never had a complaint about their service. I recently had a problem with my dryer, and Jason was instrumental in getting my washer and dryer replaced very quickly. He was very courteous, and kept me posted on each step of the process.

This is more about the maintenance crew than the homes themselves, but the crew that works here are great workers and really friendly. They will keep you up to date on work orders and handle the fixes quickly or let you know if there are issues. Had our dryer break and we were allowed to use another dryer until ours was fixed instead of making us go to the laundromat.

First, the staff at the Enclave are amazing, and go above and beyond to help out the residents. Kim, the manager, has always done her best to make sure that everything runs smooth and takes care of our issues when others cant. She takes the time to talk to us and see what we need.

From the moment he arrived, Kevin was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. He made sure to explain everything clearly and worked efficiently to resolve the issue.
