First, let me say that I find this place through a Google search, and I based my decision upon their reviews. I had a great first experience. From start to finish, everyone was helpful. I love how they send a digital report of their findings. The front desk woman (Ashley I think) was kind and so helpful. Eddie, the mechanic, was friendly and also helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into anything; my car had minor issues. I’m happy with my first experience here. I will be a returning customer.

I am grateful and appreciative for Justin’s support analytical assessment skills and professional service each time I have my vehicle serviced. ! I can always be rest assured that my experience is top notch and vehicle is provided the best service available. I love the customer service I received from Eddie and Avan. I went for a smog check on my car and they were so friendly. I asked about a small issue with my car and asked for a price. It was given to me WITH an explanation of why the cost was what it is. Their prices are very reasonable AND AAA members get a 10% discount. I highly recommend that you check them out.

Top-quality service and repairs and at affordable prices! Kevin the service writer is a good listener, concerned and always polite and genuine...and that's a big plus for me! Two friends from church recommended them as we were new to the area at the time so we tried them and have continued to go back since for all our automotive needs. Now I've found that 4 of my neighbors also go there for their car repairs and services too! Small world! If you're looking for a very dependable shop you can count on, give them a try! We did and are very pleased with their work!.

I have a 09 Dodge charger. I noticed it was leaking antifreeze. I was recommended to take it into Rancho car care. Spoke to Kevin. He checked it out and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. His mechanic explained I needed a new radiator. They are very professional and honest. I am very content with the good quality work they have done. Thanks, guys.

My alternator went out while I was visiting the Upland area for a dance competition. This was a AAA recommended shop and they said they could get me in that Friday afternoon. I had my car towed there and they had the car ready to go a few hours later. They were friendly and the service was great!.

I have always had an excellent experience with KB Auto. Their staff are very friendly and thorough. I got my tires at a tire shop, and they told me that I needed over $3,000 worth of auto repair. When I went to KB and asked them to check, they informed me that I did not need any of those repairs. That saved me thousands of dollars. I wouldn't go to any other repair shop. They've always been above board, fair prices, thorough, good communication regarding when my car is going to be ready, and excellent service.

Customer service is excellent and they take great care of you !!!! I totally recommend this place if you need anything done.
