I had an amazing move in experience! Through all the difficulties the office manager and the rest of staff handled everything very professionally and helped accommodate all our needs . The office manager and assistant manager help so much with the process and was very understanding as I said they’re were minor set back that they assisted with clearing up and making sure I can move in appropriately. Ms Lourdes was a major help as well as Natasha. The energy was incredible during the actual move in I absolutely look forward to this next year with this residency.

lourdes is so professional and a huge reason we moved into Mountain Vista. she really made us feel great about our decision. We love the feel and the quietness of the complex. Security guard is very courteous and helpful. We are thankful for him and we have sound mind. We love it here thus far.

Natasha was great to work with, she made the application process easy, she was always available when needed and very helpful, kind, and attentive. Maintenance is also great, they respond very quick for any issues. I love our new apartment, it’s very peaceful and quiet. I love the modern look it has and all the amenities this place offers. Location is very convenient right by the 15 fwy and in the middle of a bunch of shopping centers.

Been living here for about a year now and overall it's been great. Every apartment complex is going to have their issues but the team here does their best to make it feel like you're important. Anita does an amazing job with any problems you may have, she had me approved in two days! She really streamlimed the process a whole lot! Especially keeping me up to date with any and all changes. The maintenance team is also great at cleaning the pool every week and really keeping the complex as clean as they can. Scott and Josh have been great and when they have time to get to my ticket they go above and beyond to make sure any problem I may have is fixed. As long as the Riverton team stays with the same drive and ambition I'll continue to stay here.

We've been living here for a couple of years now and we've come to appreciate the maintenance crew. Particularly Joshua. He is koo and respectful, and helpful. Anita, in the office has also been very helpful and kind. Whenever we have an issue, it gets solved in a timely manner.

Anita was and still is a helping hand with all of my questions and concerns. She put me as ease with ease, and made my move in great. Thanks again Anita.

I have been living here for 10 years and my experience has been great. I am not moving due to wants but more of a need but if I ever need to look for a place to live, I would definitely write here. maintenance Hector and office staff Michel have been very helpful and kind I really appreciate their help and living here was lovely.

As a new resident, we have had an excellent experiance. The helpful leasing team, the maintenance people have all be friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice, good size and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained.

I love it at Aspire of the high desert management and stuff are very nice, respectful, and Family orientated. They care and take care of there apartments. Great community to raise your kids. And pet friendly. I so love it here. This is the best apartment I ever lived in. Thank you Aspire of the high desert. Also, the maintenance man as I call him named Logan is the nicest, sweetest, kindest, and very respectful I so love the team here.... Thank you all.
