We had a Wonderful experience at the Victorville Mall location. The reps who helped me and the manager were so awesome. The store selection is a good size, I like that I was able to pick the right pieces for me. The prices aren’t so bad either considering the items I bought are real gold and natural certified diamonds. Cassandra especially was great, she picked incredible jewelries for me and with the help of Joanna and Autumn, they were all able to work out the right financing for me. Thank you Cassandra and the rest of the team, you all did a great job!

We are extremely satisfied with our recent purchase from Kevin's Jewelers. We have been intermittent customers over the years, but today's experience was outstanding. Cassandra demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism as she presented us with multiple options and handled our indecisiveness with ease. Adi and Jami were very welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They are also very funny and kind. They threw in a free gift which took me off guard, but it was very nice of them. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, but they were very helpful and made very good suggestions based on what I told them I needed. The jewelry inside the store is also very beautiful and there's a sale right now going on which was a bonus. I recommend this store.

This place was so helpful! Was shopping for a birthday gift last minute and the worker MK was great. She had great customer service and answered my many questions. Ended up leaving this store with a beautiful necklace for a great price!

It’s a bit scary to make such an important decision based on a drawing but we went forward with it. A couple weeks later it was ready and I love it! It’s more than I expected. Great experience purchasing an engagement ring with Ozel’s. Abraham and Greg are amazing when it comes to customer service and took my ideas and turned them into reality. Not only did the ring come out perfect but their prices and service after the ring was made really solidified me as a customer for life!
