Just moved in this month and so far it's been great here at Woodside Village. Very clean and well maintained property with a security and maintenance staff that are courteous and professional. The office staff including Sandra have been friendly and helpful from submitting my application to moving-in. The unit I moved into was in perfect condition with many new appliances, carpeting and fixtures. Conveniently located near many fast-food, convenience stores, markets and more. As I mentioned, I'm just now moving in, but so far I would highly recommend Woodside Village if you're looking for a nice, peaceful and clean place to call home.

It’s a quiet and peaceful. Love taking the dogs for a walk along the nice paths all through the complex. Love that the laundry room is always clean. But most of all I love the events that bring the community together and help create new friendships for myself and my kids. I wouldn’t raise my kids any other place.

Love living at Woodside Village! As an Apartment Life Coordinator Host, I enjoy hosting fun community events and connecting with neighbors. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the staff are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I've been living here for almost 5 years! and we love it here!. We have supermarkets close no more than 10 minutes away, the hospital and police station are near by, my kids walk to the mall since is also close to our place. Our unit is very pretty , bedrooms has a good size with a huge closet. I love that it has a small laundry room and a balcony that you can decorate as you wish. I am very happy with the management and the people from the office. Every time, something needs to be fix or replace in my unit, Karina or Liz will make sure to get your request taking care of as soon as possible, also Kim is very effective in notifying the entire units if something it's going wrong and how they are taking care of the issue and Fredy and his team who are the ones who comes to my place to fix any issues or replacements that it needed , they do a such a great job, thank you so much for you help and for always being very respectful to my place. I very appreciate you for you hard work as always! And something i love the most about living here is that it has a gym room that i can get my workouts done without going to the actual GYM , it might not have all the equipment but it has enough to get me in shape, and also the people here are very respectful and quite , i love it. It is a very peaceful place to live.

Management & Team exhibit pure excellence in all ways for the tenants! Freddie & Marcos (sp?) are skilled craftsman and the kindest gentlemen you could ever meet. And the Garndening Servce Gentleman & the lady who cleans the grounds arw all extremely kind and hars workers. I've lived here since 2014 and have never experienced Miss Kim & her team in this complex...there have been MANY OKAYYY!!! Great experience moving into Torrey Pines Apartments. The apartment was extremely clean upon move in and the grounds themselves are beautiful. The ladies in the front office were all super friendly and helpful. I can see myself and my children living here for a very long time, we’re so happy with the choice we made to call Torrey Pines home.
