This is a great place to live, although a lot of kids be banging on people doors. What can you say, kids will be kids, especially if they don’t have good role models. Rent is fair compared to other places in Las Vegas. If you have a poor credit score, they will work with you as long as you have sufficient income (3x rent).Maintenance and office workers are great! Definitely would recommend to others.

Everything was phenomenal. The apartment is perfect. The landlord Marshal is super professional and bends over backwards go make sure our needs are met. Super glad he works here. Best location and super quiet where I'm at. He knew me and my desires when choosing where to place me. Love it here. Maintenance shows up on time, professional, exceeds expectations and keeps their word.

Always quick to respond and always explain what had went wrong. The guys are amazing that work for Avion. Never have to wait any length of time. And Marshal always follows up to make sure everything is good.
