Cortland Westminster

I've lived here for well over a year now and have chosen to renew our lease. The Team at Cortland Westminster really makes an honest effort at making sure you are taken care of. Every time I have brought up any concern, they have made it clear that they care. My husband and I bring our dog by the front office often and he is always greeted with lots of pets and a biscuit. Keep up the great work!!

I just moved to Colorado and I love my new renovated apartment. I have brand new everything! The office and maintenance staff is so helpful and responsive in answering my questions! My puppy loves the bark park and we get to meet the neighbors while he plays. They have made me feel welcomed in Colorado.

I moved in almost a year ago and I am so glad I did!! I moved here because they were the only ones that would accept my 3 pets, especially because one is a 70lb dog. She loves going to the dog park which is in the complex. My apartment is so spacious and the staff has been so friendly the few times I've had to call or go in.
