Cody was a great representative/ salesperson. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went to great lengths to help us find what we wanted. Highly recommend him and this store. Additional comment: Had a small issue with one of the 2 chairs. La-Z-Boy honored the guarantee as quickly as supply of parts and labor allowed. The repair person they sent was GREAT-Chris is a personable, friendly and extremely competent young man. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part needed and told us what and when to expect it, what do do at each step, and then came back and expertly installed the replacement. Hope La-Z-Boy can keep Cody and Chris and employ more like them. The products are very nice, but the service was GREAT. Thanks guys.

The girl that helped us with our purchase was very helpful in finding us a chair in our budget! We had previously priced out chairs but then we decided to buy a new car and they were out of our price range. This store has a great clearance room and the more inexpensive chair I wanted to order was in there! Not the fabric I would have picked if ordering but got a discount and was able to take home in my car the same day.

The store is huge with a wide selection. All staff were customer focused, polite, and friendly. Scott Payne waited on us and he was attentive, communicative, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He let us do our browsing without hounding us, but he checked in without being over bearing. It was a good experience. The quality of La-z-Boy is unmatched, and we made a purchase. I definitely recommend this store and the brand.

The store has wonderful designs and quality products. We especially love their Mid-Century Modern lines. We purchased several items from here for over the years. We had a very good experience with the Westminster store. Nick and Flavia were awesome and very helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues. We ordered some items to the store and picked them up once available. It was an easy process. We will definitely be back in the future.

Entire experience was positive. Salesperson was very helpful and applied no pressure. We shopped around a bit and based on that, we found that the value was excellent. Delivery was smooth. Movers were friendly and very cautious of our home during delivery and set up. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the process.

We refinished our basement and we’re looking for a sectional. We found a great option that was updated and modern, but comfortable (we like that it is slightly firm), with electric recliners built right in. Easy to shop, no hassle, and they coordinated delivery quickly. We added a section that fit right in and was delivered right to the room we have the sectional in. Great experience.
