Best Apartments For Rent in Westminster

I just moved to Colorado and I love my new renovated apartment. I have brand new everything! The office and maintenance staff is so helpful and responsive in answering my questions! My puppy loves the bark park and we get to meet the neighbors while he plays. They have made me feel welcomed in Colorado.

I've lived here for well over a year now and have chosen to renew our lease. The Team at Cortland Westminster really makes an honest effort at making sure you are taken care of. Every time I have brought up any concern, they have made it clear that they care. My husband and I bring our dog by the front office often and he is always greeted with lots of pets and a biscuit. Keep up the great work!!

I moved in almost a year ago and I am so glad I did!! I moved here because they were the only ones that would accept my 3 pets, especially because one is a 70lb dog. She loves going to the dog park which is in the complex. My apartment is so spacious and the staff has been so friendly the few times I've had to call or go in.

Just thought I would stop by and show off beautiful Canyon Chase Apartments in the Winter time! It's so beautiful here and the staff is just freaking awesome. Emily Brauner is one of the best Leasing Specialist we have here. She will help you with all your needs here while you stay here. Ernesto and Cory are top notch maintenance workers. They work so hard to keep us up and running all throughout the year!

I've lived here for almost two years. I love it most importantly my 7 1/2 year old Chihuahua loves it. He loves the walks around the pound and the park across the street. They truly respect your stay here. Canyon Chase is so awesome.

I Love living here! The staff is so polite and professional! All of my maintenance concerns are addressed immediately! And I love the convenient location by I 25 and the mature landscaping and real wood burning fireplaces are so beautiful and unique. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job here!

Hidden gem in Westminster. Maintenance A+. The fastest response time I have ever seen. The care they put into every work order request is just top notch. The office staff are truly thoughtful caring. They went above and beyond during the pandemic to help many families in and around the community. They continue to adapt to the changing world. This is a place you most definitely want to call home. I hope to sign a new lease coming up soon.

I have lived in the Boulder/Denver area for 15 years now and this is easily my favorite apartment complex yet! They are clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The staff are wonderful as well! I couldn't be happier.

Everything has been great so far! Jana very nice to work with! A few items in my new apartment need fixed, but I’m confident once I let them know, they will be taken care of.
