Leasing agent Fred Gonzalez came through for the entire apartment community and cleaned the fourth floor elevator across from the sky lounge. The elevator was filthy disgusting and unacceptable and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a very long time. The elevator floor now looks the cleanest I have seen it in 2 years. Thank you for being such a valuable, conscientious asset to Arbor Square.

Very friendly atmosphere! Fred is always around when needed. Gave us every the opportunity to tour every floor plan of our choice before picking and moving in. Amenities available are great!.

The neighborhood is peaceful, and I never have to worry about my well-being. It’ is clear that the management prioritizes creating a safe environment for all residents. I wanted to revise my previous review. The community manager Hillary reached out promptly, communicated with my sister, and really listened to and understood her situation with her flooded apartment. There will always be apartment flooding where ever you go - even in a brand new building, you're going to get something eventually. But what matters most is how the team handles it. The maintenance team is also very nice as well. We really appreciate them stepping in and the communication. This community is in a great location, it's surrounded by lots of restaurants, things to do, but is nestled away enough from the main roads. There are a lot of walking paths, and it's VERY green in the spring and summer, and extra pretty in the fall. The apartments are super cozy feeling and the people here are super friendly. I personally recommend them over the giant Cortland community across the street. They don't share the same personalized feeling or approach that this community does.

Love this place! I moved here with my husband 2 months ago we were trying to find good place for a good price for a long time and it seemed impossible until we found canyon chase! People in the office are super friendly and help you with everything maintenance is so fast and great too! The only negative thing I would say is that is kind of cold inside the apartment because it’s older building and old windows but I knew that. The property is well maintained and looks wonderful!.
