I’m a resident at Evergreen Apartments, the staff are super nice, and professional. They are always helpful. Eric from maintenance was so professional, came in the same day I submitted my work order request and he was able to restore my power in my apartment quick. Eric was really nice and provide good customer service.
Love the fact that I moved in 3days ago and maintenance is the best thing about this place I love the fact that there is 24 hour help and jonathan and Eric are wonderful
Love this place! Also ERIC in maintenance is LEGIT THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!! He goes above and beyond. GOD BLESS THAT MAN AND GIVE HIM A RAISE!!
