Leasing with Independence Place is a great idea. I have consistently experienced the best residential support from the Independence Place staff. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Annika Barrett, Courtnie Obregon, and the maintenance staff. My maintenance requests received a prompt response, and the issues were resolved within an hour. Overall this is my second time leasing with Independence Place, and the quality of their service has improved, and they are now providing superior customer service.
The property manager and her staff are amazing. They provide great customer service. Maintenance is quick on a work orders and the new maintenance supervisor is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
Our maintenance supervisor Mike is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Our maintenance experiences have always been been positive, but I will say when they hired him things got even better!
