AUTUMN WINDS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Great place positioned high up on a hill with a wonderful winding driveway strolling in. It is so nice and clean with a rectangular (lap-swimmable) pool excellent, a slightly outdated but nice clubhouse with TV and pool table amenities, PLUS a very nice weight room and pool table room… all kinds of quietness to be able to enjoy your quiet days off. Good place to be. Management seems to have everything all together, they have a great maintenance staff, and the landscaping stays nice and clean. Plenty of parking too! So, I recommend the place. It’s pretty nice.

This place is awesome! I have felt so welcomed. I was looking for a place for weeks, stopped in multiple times and the ladies made me feel so good about it and made it happen for me to be here. One of the neighbors was moving, he gave me all kinds of household supplies. I asked if he enjoyed the stay, he said it was awesome and he loved it while he was here. All of the neighbors are super nice. Peaceful neighborhood. Thank you Autumn winds. Stoked to be here for the year.

I appreciate how timely the responses are and how professional the maintenance personnel are! Nick is top notch, he is always going above and beyond not only with his work ethic but also has time to make people feel like they matter by having a conversation with them and check on how their doing. Thank you for all the hard work y'all do to make autumn winds feel like a home for all the residents!

My move-in experience at Paddock Place was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was in order before I arrived. The community is well-maintained, and my apartment was clean and move-in ready. I appreciate the prompt communication and professionalism throughout the process. It would be great to see Paddock Place incorporate services similar to Livble, Inc., to offer even more convenience for residents. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far!

I appreciate Catherine for her help. She helped me understand the paperwork that was needed to get an apartment. Gave me additional information that helped me in the process. Catherine has great customer service skills and was patient with me in my process. Thank you for having an employee, willing and eager to help your customers.

It is truly an amazing experience every time my team and I show up for work. Crystal is an amazing Property manager and I couldn't ask for a better communication system while conducting a renovation!

INDEPENDENCE PLACE REVIEWS

My family and I been staying here for 2 months now and we love the apartments . They are very helpful and know their residents by name and I love that . We had a few issues with our AC but the maintenance team always came out first thing to help us out with our AC and got it fix. I would recommend this place they always doing something for the kiddos and also doing drawings for gift cards for residents . Thank you all . 10/10 .

I’ve been leasing out an apartment for over a year now, and I haven’t had any issues. No major bug infestations, no major appliance issues. The staff are very kind and the apartments are clean and my neighbors are nice. I even dropped my phone in the gutter like an idiot and maintenance was very kind and got it for me, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be typing this review on my phone. As far as I’m concerned, 5 stars.

Just been here a week but I have been very pleased with the entire experience. The front office who assisted with showing the place, getting all paper work processed & move in was very supportive & professional. So far I'm very pleased with the condition of the apartment. A positive experience to start. Will update if & when service is required.
