McKenzie & Smiley is hands down the best jewelry store I’ve visited. The staff were incredibly patient with me while I considered all of the different options they had to offer. I could tell Haley was less interested in making a sale and was instead focused on making sure it was the perfect match for my wife and her tastes. Which I might add that my wife is incredibly hard to buy for. They took care of me and I know my wife and I can trust them in the future for any services she may need on these stunners and then some. I’ll be back. My wife adores her new diamond studs!

Love the Disney Princess jewelry line! Shannon helped us get in, place our order, make our purchase, and get out in under 15 minutes all while still giving us the attention, care, and advice that we needed for my daughter’s new jewelry. Thanks Shannon! We will see you again very soon!

We had the pleasure of working with Quay, who was absolutely fantastic. She guided us through the entire process and made it a joy to shop. Quay ensured we stuck to our budget while providing a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend her!

Had an amazing shopping experience there. Aaliyah was great she worked patiently to make sure I got the best ring possible for my wife. She also waited for me to come back to the store after I realized I left my wallet at home. Great service.
