Excellent establishment with caring staff. Clean and well cared for and gated in a safe part of Palmdale. Made it easy to get into an apartment and out when I needed to. Sincerely appreciate the staff, especially Stacey James, in assisting and settling a disputed claim with a collections agency. Highly recommended for a good customer experience.

The property was well-maintained considering its size. I met some of the residents who were very welcoming. Tiffany from the leasing office was professional yet friendly. The two units/floor plans available for viewing were in great order (physically), clean, well-lit, and offered a prospective tenant the sense of living in the community.

Very peaceful place to live and amazing staff! Quiet community and a place I love to call home. Stacey is very nice and never hesitates to get a task done. No long wait times for maintenance and the yard is always kept clean.
