Alfredo saved our day. I was stuck in a sand road and I called all the tow truck companies nobody came to help. My roadside assistance truck came and got stuck too. Alfredo on the other hand came and handled the situation very professionally and delivered excellent service. He even followed us through the dirt road in case we do not get stuck again. Miguel was so professional and such an expert. AAA sent two other companies that couldn’t tow my BMW bc it was too close to the curb and could not be put in neutral (lost my key). He was the only one up for the challenge. Came in quick on a busy street in Hollywood, loaded her up and took her nearly 50 miles. No one else could do the job bc my car was stuck in park. His experience in the field really showed when he utilized different tricks to get her off smoothly (like carrying WD40 for the wheels, and a wood block to protect my car. THANK YOU!
