My car had a flat tire and I was stranded at 2am. I called a couple companies but the prices were too high and they wanted me to wait until sunrise. I called this men he is an amazing person he had arrived in 15 minutes and helped me with really good prices If you need any road side help I definitely recommend him. He works 24/7. Alfredo saved our day. I was stuck in a sand road and I called all the tow truck companies nobody came to help. My roadside assistance truck came and got stuck too. Miguel was so professional and such an expert. AAA sent two other companies that couldn’t tow my BMW bc it was too close to the curb and could not be put in neutral (lost my key). He was the only one up for the challenge. Came in quick on a busy street in Hollywood, loaded her up and took her nearly 50 miles. No one else could do the job bc my car was stuck in park. His experience in the field really showed when he utilized different tricks to get her off smoothly (like carrying WD40 for the wheels, and a wood block to protect my car. THANK YOU!.
