We cannot recommend The Arches more highly! We have been using them for a year now, for our company corporate account, to house multiple in and out students, and they are extremely efficient, professional, welcoming, and accommodating! We will definitely continue leasing here. Excellent service, always. The management and office team really work on our behalf to make everything easy. This is the best part; working with Stacey, Cindy, and Marisol sets our minds at ease, is fun and professional, and they are all three a delight! The apartments and grounds are nice. Safe, cozy, good amenities. We also love that all the utilities are already set up for each unit, billed through the Arches, and we don't have to set them up ourselves - so simple and awesome! Highly recommend. Thank you for a relaxing and smooth process, always. The best we've found!.

I have stayed at the Arches for nearly two years now and the service has been top notch. In terms of cleanliness it is miles above many of the other complexes I have seen here in the AV, and the service provided, whether it is by Stacey & Cindy, or the maintenance team, has always been timely and helpful.

The Arches staff takes amazing care of their tenants and business! Highly recommend this apartment complex. The layouts and grounds are nice. Pretty complex, good amenities. Even better, Stacey and Cindy are amazing to work with. Our company has a corporate account here to lease units for student tenants, and Cindy has handled everything for us with such exceptional competence, enthusiasm, welcoming demeanor, and graceful problem-solving. Our tenants there are also very happy so far. Thank you!!!.

CHAPARRAL APARTMENTS REVIEWS

This is my second time living here, and I highly recommend it. The property is always very clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Whenever any issues arose, they were quick to address and resolve them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my car was stolen during my stay, and I've noticed a number of homeless individuals passing through the area, which has been concerning. Despite this, the overall experience has been positive, and I appreciate the efforts made by the management to maintain a safe and well-maintained environment.

Called for repairs in apartment response was quick. The maintenance man was kind courteous and went above and beyond to repair if anything else needed repair This is the first complex where there is a problem they are quick to comply. I love this place.

Anytime that I have had a maintenance request. Or I need some help. The office and the maintenance staff are more than willing and go out of their way to give fast, prompt service.
