The staff is very friendly and helpful. Danielle went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. From the initial phone call to the application to the move in, Danielle has been wonderful. Mark, the maintenance man, is very friendly as well. We have met so many neighbors who have been kind to us. The community seems very warm. I personally spoke with several happy tenants that have lived here for years. I highly recommend the 52nd marketplace apartments if you are looking for a good place to call home.
