The washing machine I own is very old but works. Because the serial number was missing he didn’t take the time to find out the serial number is on my policy & said a third party vendor needs to come out. I called sears back & a second tech came, found the serial number, found the problem & ordered the parts. Third tech came & fixed machine & it’s running like brand new. Sorry I wished I wrote their names down so I could give them their props. Even the first lazy tech.

Our technician reached out early in the day and set expectations on the approximate time frame he would arrive. He later texted when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator based on our description and his examination, and had the means at his disposal to fix the issue fairly quickly that same day. We are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Jaime went above and beyond and was very helpful with his knowledge on our inspection for our unit. It’s great to have people who care enough to take the time and get the job done. Thank you Jaime

ABE came out today to deliver a washer & dryer set I purchased from them. The service and set up was very professional as he made sure everything was working before he left. They made sure to answer any questions, explained the warranty, and showed me how to use each appliance. I appreciate your business and will surely use ABE for my future purchases!

Ron with ABE Appliance Repair actually texted and said he could be here a few hours early. He was very courteous and respectful. He diagnosed the problem with my microwave and had it fixed in about half an hour. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. This service call was through American Water Resources home warranty, and I'm glad they chose ABE for the Repair.

Eric with Abe Appliance Repair came out quickly to see what was going on with our gas dryer. Nothing was wrong with the dryer, we just needed a vent duct cleaning. He came back a couple of days later and performed the cleaning and recommended yearly cleaning. I am pleased.
