Rivermont is a lovely, intimate living facility with friendly, helpful staff. I was very impressed with the dining room and the wonderful selections on their menu. Kelly Joslin is friendly, helpful and very organized. Our family chose Rivermont for our loved one and look forward to visiting her here.

My dining experience at the Assisted Living Place was incredible. The chefs displayed remarkable skill in preparing delicious dishes that left a lasting impression. The menu was diverse, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was flawless. The staff's genuine care and attentiveness towards the residents created a heartwarming and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a strong sense of community. I am so grateful for the compassionate, skilled, and dedicated care of the team who are working so hard to help my mother live her best life in her 90s. Naomi, Staci, Cindy, Crystal, Tabitha, Iris, Anne, Elizabeth, Adam, Larry, Sharon, Shelby…..I wish I knew every name, because everyone who has participated in mom’s care has been a godsend. The building is welcoming and warm, and the community of residents have a real feeling of family. Many of the Brookdale Norman team have been on staff for around ten years, and their experience shows. A wonderful move for our family.

Long term employees who care and work hard to ensure great care for their tenants. They communicate and provide the best services for my family. Naomi, Cindy, Crystal, Staci, Iris, Michael, Tabitha, Rose, Elizabeth, and Adam all work diligently and hard to ensure utmost care and comfort for my mother. I am very happy and grateful for this loving caring place.

My parents moved into Rambling Oaks about 3 weeks ago. We chose this facility because of the spaciousness of the facility, including their apartment, and because they have their own private access to a patio and courtyard. Also, it was less expensive than other places we’d looked at in the area while being much nicer. The decor of the facility is uplifting, like a nicely decorated home. The staff is friendly and goes the “extra mile.” Everything is super clean. The availability of wheel-chair accessible transportation is a plus. They are very encouraging of family participation and even provide special dinners at holidays to which family members are invited to eat for free. They frequently have live music which the residents enjoy and have weekly fun activities. They also have outings to restaurants and other places of entertainment. Residents are even allowed to have a small pet. We are glad we found Rambling Oaks.

Rambling Oaks is a cozy place and makes you feel like home. The working environment is so wonderful. The employees work as a team treating and caring the Residents as if they were one of their own family members. As you walk in the building you can see how clean is kept and is very decorative. I highly recommend to come in and check this place out. Find out for yourself, you won't be dissapointed.

My Father has lived at Rambling Oaks for two and a half years. His time there has provided him with a safe, clean, and happy environment. The many activities that are available give him choices to be highly active. Exercise class is a favorite for many of the residents. Weekly trips out to eat and shop are available. The building itself is well maintained both by housekeeping and maintenance. The Chef prepares many choices of all kinds of foods daily. Rambling Oaks works very hard to keep the family interactions strong through celebrations, dinners, and other in house activities. The staff is eager to help with whatever you may need. The in house beauty shop is a great asset to the community.
