EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON NORMAN HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER REVIEWS

I was there for a conference and the hotel is what truly made it a great experience. Everything was clean, the staff was courteous and hospitable. The food was delicious and fresh. I had no idea that I had left a valuable item behind until I received a call from the staff to inform me of such. To me, this showed great character and integrity of the housekeeper. I didn’t get to thank them, but this review is to inform everyone who reads it of how wonderful they are. If for no other reason, I would stay here again based solely on that character and integrity. I highly recommend the this hotel to everyone.

I travel frequently for presentations and usually encounter challenges when connecting my computer to venue multimedia setups—until I met Jo from Embassy Suites’ A/V team. For the first time, everything connected effortlessly and worked flawlessly, both audio and video. Jo is outstanding and should serve as a role model for all other AV specialists. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at this hotel before and it is aging well. The lobby of the hotel is spacious with tons of room for small group meeting or one on ones.

We chose this hotel because of the location and the approval ratings being a 4 star. We would rate it a 5 star.. The rooms were so clean and fit our needs. We enjoyed the cookies on arrival and the welcome we received both days. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs and sausage were cooked just right. We also used the lobby to visit with friends and family. We will stay there again when we are back in Norman.

My sister and I stayed from a Thursday till Sunday. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed in the sun by the pool. Water is still a little chilly but it was clean and kept up Thur out our stay. The staff were amazing very nice and helpful on anything we needed. We will definitely stay there again if ever back in Norman.

This is the NICEST La Quinta we have ever stayed at. Clean, fresh, and perfectly comfortable and accessible for people with mobility issues, and the staff was amazing.

Me and my boyfriend had the best experience of our young lives together here at this hotel for the first time as boyfriend/girlfriend! He's such a sweetheart and a gentleman and I'm the one who spoiled us with a 2 day, 2 night stay here! We had the best time here, we swam together in the pool there and sat in the spa! We had a hot n' ready complimentary breakfast both mornings. We also had the best room service, and the best, most comfortable beds to sleep in ever! We also had a lot of questions but all of the staff members were happy to answer any and all questions that we had. We loved it here, and we'll definitely be staying here again soon.

Great Friendly Staff. They were all very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Room/beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and slip proof bathtubs for safety. Breakfast was awesome with biscuits and gravy a plus.
