First time at Autumn Lake Healthcare and was very impressed. This is a beautiful facility which on first impression was a clean place and visitor friendly. I cannot say enough about the staff. Each person we met was not only friendly but polite and so caring to our family member. He was given encouragement and special attention to make him comfortable. That was very pleasing to say the least. I have yet to see such wonderful staff with so much caring and being attentive to every need. This will definitely make his stay more pleasant.

The staff at Autumn Lake at Bucks Hill took fantastic care of my mother in law, from the admission to her unfortunate passing. Everyone there, from the front desk, to admissions, nursing staff, PT staff, and nurse's aides were amazing. We wanted to thank you for taking care of Mary like she was a member of your own family.

We recently moved our father to Charter Senior Living. The staff was incredible in ensuring everything from the application to the move in and beyond was smooth and accommodating. After roughly one month of residence, he is very happy with the choice and so is our family. If you are in the position to be looking at assisted living facilities, Charter offers an incredible value with very friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure the transition is comfortable for your loved one.

From the time my husband entered the Memory Care unit until he passed, the care was outstanding! So many wonderful care givers. They are gentle and loving, attentive and caring. You can see it in the other residents that my husband was with every day. Everyone was well taken care and joyful. The new program director brought more engagement of all, which helped to stimulate and focus the residents. Thank you for being there in our time of need.

My mom has been at charter for 6 months.One reasons we chose Charter was the availability of caregivers there.They are well staffed with aides that are compassionate and the director Asia is visible and leads some of the groups there.It is great that the patients are involved in activities everyday so that they don't feel alone.We toured many other memory units and feel this is the best in the area
