Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. Check in was super easy and quick. When we arrived there was fresh popcorn and lemon water for guests. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The bathroom was newer and upgraded and the bed was very comfortable. We had a few drinks at the bar which was also a very nice experience. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. The best part of our stay was the breakfast we ordered to the room the next morning. Both meals were fresh and delicious and the coffee was the best Starbucks I had ever had before. The staff even delivered the breakfast with a hand written note. Check out was super easy too and the staff at the desk were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area and would return again.

The Rooms were immaculate!!! Friendly staff And good parking for passenger vehicles, it’s not the place to come to If you have a truck, A tight budget for meals and if you have low Patience in waiting on elevators… I’m not sweating the small stuff tho. I enjoyed the stay.

Stayed for 4 nights. It was nice and quite. The place looks clean. The lobby is large and convenient.

My mom and dad and I stayed here … the location works very well for us and the staff was great! Cocoa was extremely helpful at checkout and went above and beyond for my mom as she left her bag outside and cocoa brought in and put it behind the desk for my mom and she was elated and relieved that we still have good people in this world! This hotel was so nice and a quiet place to stay. The front desk was great. Gabriel was amazing. Had a minor issue that the hotel went above and beyond to make right. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area and recommend this hotel for others in the area

Check-in was easy. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My room was clean. Well the waffle maker wasn’t working. Breakfast was good.

DoubleTree Hilton Bristol FAR exceeded our expectations as our wedding block hotel! My husband and I stayed in a gorgeous suite for three nights at a very reasonable rate and the staff was absolutely amazing from the beginning. Jada and Kelli helped me every step of the way and always answered all my questions promptly and in a friendly and professional manner. On our wedding night we came back to rose petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne. I was so amazed at the level of customer service and attention they took with us and I can't wait to stay here any time we're in town. Extra bonus was having the sports bar for hanging out in between festivities where the staff was also impeccable. 10/10 on all counts!!!

We had our St Paul Football Banquet at the Doubletree and it was excellent! Elizabeth was great to work with in making all arrangements. The staff during the event was very attentive to all our needs. The AV equipment worked perfectly. The food was excellent and I received many compliments from several of the attendees.

Everyone we interacted with was SO NICE. Room was pretty good, nothing to complain about. Nice pool and whirlpool! Nice fitness center. Having the restaurant and bar in the hotel was AMAZING. Very nice to be able to order room service. Give it a stay!
