Tori has worked with both me and my husband to purchase and figure out how to use our hearing aids. She has been patient and incredibly helpful. Both of us wear our hearing aids every day now, which makes a huge difference. We know if we run into a glitch that we can give Tori a call. I have rarely, if ever, experienced this level of service.

I have always had very good service here. The people I see are all concerned and friendly. Problems that arise are solved promptly by Tore.

The front desk and fun experience was a pleasant 10 My daughter and I was very impressed. The hearing test went very well. All right I gave them a satisfactory at 10 we were provided with a lot of information from our durance company. She was thorough very thorough and that’s another 10 on the test that was in the timely matter. I’ve never had a hearing test before but it didn’t take too long, but they knew what they were doing and I am impressed myself and my daughter they picked up our my hearing aids this past Monday, which was some last Monday and in March they fit very nice.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The staff, esp. Jenna L. (Dr. of Audiology) were very pleasant and efficient. The office is clean and modern with great parking - added bonus its also next door to a USPS office and Giant Eagle! I'm very happy with my new, rechargeable hearing aids. Surprised to find out I can listen to music from my cell through hearing aids! Great when I'm out alone on the trail. Photo shows them in their charging station, which is also a great place to just store them as it automatically shuts off when they are charged.

I had my hearing test done here and Dr. Jenna Littleton explained the whole process and answered all my questions in detail. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this place! Dr. Littleton took great care of me and I will definitely be coming back in the future if needed!
