I have been to PIVOT on several occasions for knee and heel issues, most recently after significant surgery on my heel. My therapist Jim Partridge is excellent as is Becky, PT assistant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the sessions I had in the pool.
The entire team at Pivot has made my recovery smooth and successful. The communication between all staff has impressed me and has created an efficient, effective and enjoyable experience. Under the leadership of Laura Winslow, I have felt well cared for, safe, motivated and successful.

LORI WYNN, MPT, DPT - LORI WYNN PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Dr. Wynn is an amazing physical therapist. I had issues with my shoulders and went to see three different orthopedic physicians. I got treated with ultrasound, radial shockwave therapy, steroid injections, and so on. However, these were not able to recover my shoulder issues. So, I went to see Dr. Wynn, and she found my issues by using many different evaluations. Her highly skilled manual therapy and anatomical knowledge relieved my pain levels dramatically. Also, she gave me homework rehab exercises including stretching. These were incredibly helpful to rehabilitate my shoulders. I had a hard time bringing my laundry baskets due to the shoulder pain and leaning my arms on the table irritated my shoulders. But after treatment from Dr. Wynn, my shoulder is really recovered. I can do whatever I want to do right now.
Dr. Lori is an incredibly gifted physical therapist. She is a walking encyclopedia of the body and its mechanics. Her ability to pinpoint the problem and to release the pain while increasing mobility is nothing short of magical. She is the body whisperer. My entire family relies on her.
I really appreciate the approach Lori took and her dedicated process to help me solve my back pain problem. She has so much knowledge that she brings to this work and it was clear to me that she was dedicated to figuring out what was causing the pain and how she could help me work out ways to solve it. After our first meeting, she gave me exercises that helped me so much. I needed one more meeting with her just so I could fine tune the exercises and now my back is so so so much better. Thank you, Lori!

HEATHER MCCAY, DPT - THE PHYSICAL THERAPY INSTITUTE REVIEWS
My journey was long but with positive outcomes. My hip therapy had setbacks with socket fractures and the physical therapists adjusted my therapy to help me heal. I applaud the staff here at Mt. Lebanon who worked very hard and diligently to help me get more strength and even start to walk without a cane. Many thanks to everyone for the professionalism shown and the care given to me.
Nice atmosphere, the PT team works well together and are always watching the patients, even if it’s not their specific person. Lots of individual, one-on-one care. Lots of encouragement and positive reinforcement. Great place!
PTI has provided an amazing experience. I am an athlete and runner, and had difficulty doing daily tasks and activities from an overuse injury. Heather, Mike and the entire team at PTI are extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand my treatment as I progressed and set new goals. Not only am I returning to my training and activities, but I am doing so in ways that are smarter for my body and will allow me to be my strongest in the future. I highly recommend PTI and am grateful for the staff and their expertise!
