Hey there Everyone I just wanted to share my recent experience with Audicles Hearing Services. I had been struggling with my hearing due to working around powerplants, farm equipment, and playing drums for over 40 years. I was in search of an outstanding audiologist, and thanks to a Google search, I came across Audicles Hearing Services as one of the top searches From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. Then, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Tracy Board. We discussed my hearing issues in detail, and she showed great expertise and understanding with my issues. Next, we proceeded to the soundproof booth where Dr. Board conducted a thorough hearing test. She took the time to explain the results for both of my ears, which I really appreciated the detailed charts and graphs to fully understand where my level of hearing was at. To my surprise, Dr. Board brought in hearing aids for me to try. After a minor configuration, I couldn't believe the remarkable difference they made in my ability to hear. I know they will greatly improve my communication with co-workers and job performance, and overall quality of life. I am now a proud owner of hearing aids, and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Board. Dr. Tracy Board has seen my daughter a couple of times now. Each visit has been a great experience. Dr. Board is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am very glad today that she was recommended to us by my daughter's doctor. I also want to mention that the front office staff has been great.

My son received excellent care at Audicles many years ago so when my younger son also needed hearing services recently I knew exactly who to call. All the staff is friendly and kind and the practitioners are knowledgeable, patient, and are straight forward with options for next steps.
