I had a great experience working with Estes Audiology, Dr. Roger Johns and Marisa at the front desk. It was really easy to make an appointment online, and also appreciated a follow up call from the Estes team to confirm my appointment as well as grab further information ahead of time and verify insurance which is helpful as no one likes arriving to a place just to find out your insurance is not accepted. I was also emailed patient forms ahead of time that I could fill out. Once I arrived for my appointment I soon after was greeted by Dr. Johns who asked a lot of questions to find out more about my situation, and then ran a series of tests. He was patient and communicative throughout the whole process. Overall would recommend.

Mom did not have to wait long to be seen. Front Desk staff was friendly. Doctor was very professional & explained in detail every aspect of testing done. He was very friendly & soft spoken. Calmed my mom down quickly. I would highly recommend ESTES AUDIOLOGY.

Love it! Very nice staff, professional and caring doctor. Didn't push anything other than offering solutions for my hearing loss. I strongly recommend this business.
