Vinny, my service advisor, was exceptional—he kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly. Got my car fixed here recently after an unexpected hit-and-run accident on i-95 and they took my car in immediately and gave me the best care! Blake was so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail, so I felt at ease. I knew I was in good hands and my car looks like nothing happened, if not better than before! Thanks to all the guys there. Everyone was great and so efficient.

Excellent customer service. Josh and Theo were great and took such good care of me. I highly recommend this place for any body work. I was so stressed out after my accident and it was great to be able to use them through my insurance company. I will say their initial policy of not allowing you to hold on to your car while waiting for parts to arrive was not great but I was luckily planning to be out of town when I got hit so I was able to drop my car off. The repair took some time so the ended up letting my hold on to my car after a week and a half due to the delay. If you don't have rental coverage in your insurance it may be worth adding it to be able to avoid the initial situation of being out of pocket for a rental.

Prior to choosing shop to repair my car I read and heard only negative comments about all works done in all Caliber Coalision shops in my area so there was no specific reason why I chose this one in Pompano Beach. And it was right choice. All staff was nice and helpful with giving information, regular follow up calls, my car was meticulously clean when done and whole repair was done in time and perfectly! Highly recommended.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my truck. Their service was even more amazing. Chris kept me up to date every step of the way and when we ran into issues with the insurance company of the lady that hit me, helped get everything resolved. They are awesome! Highly recommend them.
