After going through a couple of housing communities since I moved to Florida, I finally found one I am happy with. Eterno is such a nice complex! Starting with office management! They are all absolutely the best…all of them from Kim to Fred to Kay!! And maintenance is so helpful and they take care of the request right away! The valet garbage is on time and also good. The pool!!! The emaculate gym!! They even have a beautiful pool table and corn hole!!! Oh and the grill area is always clean and there are plenty grills gas and charcoal! Love it here!!!.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Fred. This property is amazing for the price. The units are spacious and well taken care of (unlike any I’ve seen recently while touring multiple other locations). The amenities are resort style and well kept too. Fred knew almost every resident’s name that we passed by during the tour. Truly unlike any experience I’ve ever had going on an apartment tour. Thank you for the kindness and attention to detail Fred!.

We just signed our lease at Advenir at Lighthouse Point and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The building is beautiful, high-end, and extremely well maintained, and everything about the structure feels solid and trustworthy. What truly made the difference was Miriam’s exceptional service — warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us so much confidence throughout the process that we knew we could trust both the building and the company behind it. We’re very excited to move in and would definitely encourage others to apply and experience this place as well.

I recently renewed my lease in Bell Lighthouse Point Apartments and have been very pleased with the experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-located. Harry, one of the leasing agents, was exceptional—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made the process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend both the property and Harry’s assistance.
