KAIZEN COLLISION CENTER SANTA MARIA REVIEWS

My wife Katherine took our 2012 Buick Lacrosse in to get fixed, and exclaimed multiple times how nice all of the staff was. Jesus took her through the entire process from s tart to finish, including a tour of the garage which was exceptionally clean. She also met the person who would be doing all of the repairs in the back. It came out good as new, including washed and waxed inside and out. We were very pleased with the work. Hopefully we will not ever have to go back to a body shop, but after this visit, we will be using Kaizen again.

Third vehicle in the shop with Kaizen. I continue to choose Mainline Auto body as they do great work and make my life simple and pleasant while having to deal with an unfortunate circumstance with my car. They work great with my insurance company and the car rental was super easy. I chose to go back to them when I needed them even after moving an hour away because I trust them so very much.

My car was truly beautiful. They fixed every detail with perfect professionalism and ethics. Congratulations to the Kaizen team, very good work. Thank you so much. 100% recommended.
