The staff is amazing and deserve all the credit. Customers at this location are cruel. I have come in to eat and had to listen to customers here making disgusting remarks to employees.

I would like management to know that the staff working today, April 4, 2026 at 5pm deserve a raise. From the second, I walked into the door. Everyone had smiles on their face. The lady at the register acknowledged that my husband has a food allergy, and ensured the people preparing the food, wash their hands and changed gloves. when I went to wait for my food to be made the 2 to 3 people preparing food all we’re so sweet. We told stories and talked for a bit. When I left every single one of them told me to have a good day and as I was walking out the front cash register lady asked if I needed a drink refill. This is the definition of customer service, which you don’t see very often anymore. Please do me a favor and acknowledge your employees, hard work finding staff that truly care about customer service is hard to come by! Sincerely, happy customer.

The tomato soup and chicken salad were exceptional as always. However, I can't believe I paid over $3 for that Dubai chocolate cookie. It was small, dry and the first ever Dubai anything I've had and if that's what it's like, that'll be the last. Very disappointed. Just tasted like a dry chocolate cookie with tasteless green icing inside.

You won't find any surprises in the drinks or food -- standard Starbucks fare -- but you may be surprised with the vibe and hospitality. And cleanliness.

always make my order fast and i’m always very kindly greeted. the staff are always so nice.

They are approaching this differently, so I'd rather give them 6 stars. Not only they tried to upsell my order but I never felt pressured ("an avocado spread would go really well with you egg bites, wanna try"), but I got a little note on my cup. Nicely done.
