There is new management in the store since post-Covid and it has brought LIFE and great customer service back into the store. The staff is notably happier and working together as a team to provide a great experience. I am also so happy that they have brought chairs and tables to make this a place where you can comfortably sit and enjoy coffee and conversations. This makes the atmosphere back to what it used to be!.

Came to Einstein for a yummy breakfast and when we arrived we experienced technical difficulties. While ordering and waiting the manager (Paul) as well as another employee (Samantha) were very kind and very thoughtful of our time. The facility and building is very nice and clean as well! I definitely enjoy the ambience this breakfast spot gives off. I recommend coming here!.

Everyone at this location is awesome! I’m greeted as soon as I walk in the door and whoever takes my order is always very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and comes out quickly!.

Accidentally grabbed the wrong coffee! Oops! Staff was very friendly and attentive and fixed it right away. The croissants go quick but they will substitute sourdough, bagel, or English muffin. Coffee was the perfect temperature as well. Love coming here!.

The workers are always so nice and pleasant. Always greeted with a smile. It helps to start my day off right. The butter pecan cold brew is absolutely amazing! I'm obsessed! I like the way their rewards system is set up too.

The very nice lady with pink hair and glasses that works the drive thru always makes my drink right. She’s very kind. My munchkins are always fresh when she’s working too. This Dunkin is my favorite.

After a food delivery gone wrong via DoorDash, Isabelle really turned my day around! Excellent customer service and showed genuine care about my order. Additionally, I was greeted by Collin at the drive-thru window who was very kind and personable. Happy to be able to enjoy such yummy food on a cold day. Thank you, guys! Keep up the great work.

I ordered a large catering order from this location and they could not have done a better job! All of my food was ready when I arrived to pick it up and one of the employees wrapped everything up so it would nice and hot! Then the employee helped me load the whole thing into my car! Such an awesome experience thank you so much for being so wonderful!!.

Melissa, The girl who took my order was very engaged and nice! I also noticed the kitchen manager was helping the kitchen and customers as well!.
