Luke's New York Bagel Shop

Pretty solid bagel. I got the egg everything (based on the recommendations in other reviews) with eggs and tofu (same texture/consistency as cream cheese). It’s very filling, not cheap but not overpriced. ~$10. Good amounts of tofu in there and I like that this option is available as a dairy free substitute for cheese. The line is long especially on game days so I would say try to go earlier in general. The speed by which staff process orders is very good, we waited in line to order but didn’t experience much of a wait after we made the order to get the bagels.

Some of the best bagels I've ever had! Definitely gotta come here earlier before they start running out of bagel flavors next time. Highly recommend their bagel sandwiches. Service was friendly, but there was a bit of a wait for the sandwiches. Prices reasonable for Gainesville. Edit: Can confirm they are just as good if not slightly better than bagels in NYC.

Quality bagels at great prices- I bought 10 for my coworkers and everyone enjoyed them. Crisp and light, highly recommended going early to get the amazing fresh bagel smells as they open in the morning.
