RED MESA CATERING REVIEWS

We (the grandmas to be) chose Red Mesa Catering to cater the baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law this past weekend. We could not be happier with the service and attention Mabelissa and her entire team provided us with, not to mention the food! This is the second time we use their services, for this occasion, we opted for a selection of hors d'oeuvres and mocktails. Everything was DELICIOUS and our guests were pleased with the variety and taste of the food and drinks. I cannot praise Mabelissa and her team enough for their assistance in making this event a success for our families. We had plenty to plan and prepare and having Red Mesa Catering at the event allowed us to shift our attention to the parents to be, could not have hoped for a better outcome. Definitely the best decision to have a catering team as good as Mabelissa's Red Mesa Catering there. Will definitely use their services again.

Red Mesa Catering made our holiday party unforgettable! The food was absolutely amazing! The steak crostini were perfectly seasoned and tender, the Italian and Cubano sliders were packed with flavor, and the stuffed cucumbers were such a refreshing touch. The potato wedges and chicken fingers were a hit with the adults and kids. And let’s not forget the Christmas bark—it disappeared so fast I barely got a piece! Every detail was handled with care, and the presentation was beautiful. The team was professional, friendly, and made everything stress-free. A huge thank-you to Mabelissa and her Red Mesa team for going above and beyond to make our event so special! If you want a catering experience that truly impresses, Red Mesa is the way to go.

We had our informal wedding reception at our Church with Red Mesa catering the foods that we love. The food was amazing, delicious and authentic. But beyond that the total experience that Mabelissa and her incredible staff provided was stellar. They treated each guest so special and helped in every way. Delivery , presentation , and cleanup was seamless. We had not a worry in the world because they did it all. Diana and Loyce.

Daniel’s Dining did the catering for my baby shower and everything was absolutely delicious! We had turkey wings, salmon, mac and cheese and green beans! We opted for the full service catering. They were professional, hospitable to all our guests and gave Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them.

Daniel’s Dining was a true delight. They exceed expectations. Professional staff nice and courteous and the herb chickens , macaroni and cheese are to die for. I highly recommend Daniel’s Dining for your catering needs.

I met Cynthia Mitchell today at the University of Florida small business expo and tasted some of their food. It was wonderful.

We used David's to cater and provide decor for our wedding in October 2024 and we could not have asked for a better experience. Bobby was fantastic to work with and he worked tirelessly to accommodate any food or decor needs we had. Nothing at our wedding got more compliments than the food. Our guests commented that it was the best prime rib they had ever had at a wedding, and all of our appetizers were a huge hit. As far as set up and clean up went, Bobby and his team were very efficient. It was such a relief not having to worry about things like setting up decor. Bobby is very thorough and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted during our wedding workshop. From that point on, he just worked his magic and everything turned out just how we imagined! Throughout the whole process he was very accessible and was always quick to answer any of our emails. We could not recommend them enough.

Bobby & his team are true experts!! The food they prepare is EXCELLENT- beef tenderloin cooked to perfection, crafty appetizers and very refreshing winter greens. The service they provide is unbelievable!! Bobby does not miss a single detail- from hosting a champagne welcome station for our guests, elegant place settings and BUILDING a sign for decor.. he does it all. Thank you Bobby & team for making our day truly something special!! Wish I had pics of the food but truly you must try it for yourself!! Amazing.

We ordered catering pick up for a small rehearsal dinner. The food was wonderful and plenty. Great quantity for the price. All my quest enjoyed the food. My friend who picked up the order said the customer services was phenomenal and that they loaded everything in the car for her.
