My experience at Hotline Bail was very professional and quick. I had Estavan and Gustavo who helped me. They answered all my questions, always answered the phone when I called or called me right back. They provided me with different payment options that would help me and before I knew it bail was posted and my friend was out. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Bail hotline has really helped me out they help me get my fiance out quick fast and in a hurry Jose puts the a in awesome I really recommend the Bail hotline to anybody who needs help getting somebody they love out.

I called around bail bonds and when I spoke to someone at Aladdin they were more than helpful. I said I wanted to apply for a cash down payment for the bail and make payments. They took my info and said they would call me back. Other places didn’t return my calls but Aladdin did. I met with John in their new office. He guided me through the entire processes. After setting me up, I left in a hurry. I unfortunately forgot my ID but he made sure to contact me and let me know. Very nice. Also, he called to let me know the person I was bailing out their bail got reduced and a new contract will be created with lower payment arrangement. He emailed me and helped me through the E sign process for new contract. Overall, it was a lot more helpful than I expected, and pleasant phone and in person experience during a stressful time.

I just want to say a big thank you to Carmen and Devin. If you are ever in need of a bail bonds, please don't hesitate to call them! They are understanding, communicative, respectful, and very good people who are in your corner! They are fast and actually want to help assist you with what they can. I really appreciate Aladdin Bail Bonds and the amazing Carmen and Devin for helping me through my tough time.
