Tess is amazing as far as I'm concerned. I don't believe these one star reviews for a second. I know that she truly cares because I've seen it. She would help calm me down when I was freaking out about court, she fully supported me traveling out of state for alcohol treatment which I desperately needed. She even sent me a contact for a specialist she knows personally. Sometimes when I checked in with her we would talk about solutions to my problems. She also gives all her clients a blanket which I just think is super cool. If I ever need bond again (Lord I hope not) she would be the first one I would call with no hesitation.

If there is anytime you think you might need a bail bonding service, absolutely, positively have Tess' phone number in your wallet. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and treats you with dignity and respect. She was able to help me get through the process in under two hours which, to me, is incredible. I felt that she was genuinely in my corner at a time when I needed it most. I can't say enough good things about her.

This has been a bad year for my family and Tess has really been there for us. Its not about the money with her. She actually cares about you as a person. As much as I don't want my family or myself to be in trouble, but if we are we will use her every single time. If you ever need a bondsman, Tess is the go to woman.
