After surviving a difficult divorce and being left with substantial debt through no fault of my own, I decided Bankruptcy was the best way to get a fresh start. Neil Crane's office was amazing from the start! Everyone there from Neil, to attorney Audra Buckland to Jennifer, Lisa, and Stephanie were supportive, organized and straightforward. I was always given the opportunity to ask additional questions about the process and result. I never could have done this without them! The fee was definitely fair given all the work and attention they gave me on my behalf. If you are going through a similar situation , please do not hesitate to call Neil Crane's office. My mind was finally put at ease the moment I started working with them.

I can't begin to explain the huge relief this amazing office has brought me. The last couple of years have been no doubt an absolute challenge. I was young and dumb and made some financial errors, I contacted Forghany Law in order to start fresh, I was expecting a lengthy process. I called and spoke with Shy and she was just AMAZING!! She followed up when she said she would and she made the whole process quick and easy. She was also kind and so very understanding of my situations and the mistakes that I had made. She also worked with me when I stated I could not do certain payments or for a certain amount at the time. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Not wanting to but we had to file bankruptcy, it became too much with debt to income ratio after having to leave my job due to disability! Going from a two income home to one income was very stressful! We tried debt consolidation, with that payment we couldn't afford to buy groceries!
