Tyler's Barbeque was founded by Tyler Frazer, and he is independently from Amarillo, Texas. In the past four years, he had worked for a promotional business doing large catered events when he caught the job and has filled a set goal to handle large cases and gain the skills that he would need to start a BBQ eatery. The first summertime he worked for the "The Grill," they did end from Kansas City to Seattle to San Francisco, and they catered many venues varying from lunch for Albertson's Corporate Headquarters (about 350 spirits) to the LA children's hospital. He was work at a "Mom and Pop" BBQ while, and he was in university; also, he was the consumables buyer for many years for a nationwide retailer that had 160 shops from Washington to Tennessee. He is a goal-setter and has a specific direction and concentrates on the path he wants to go. Tyler Frazer and his team catered to nearly 100 events per year, so their partners are caterer each dish with a biting flavoring that guarantees.

Dyer's Bar-B-Que is one of the legendary BBQ establishments in Amarillo. This family-style barbeque eatery was first in Pampa started by Roy Dyer and his parents Finace and Neva, and this restaurant is the second trademark from Amarillo in 1984. Today, both areas remain rooted in the same enthusiasm the Dyer family had half a century ago. The Dyer family is honoring 50 years of serving its family methods to the people of the Panhandle. He has all the love for the trade the last three generations have maintained, and their catering is the main goal for Dyer's Bar-B-Que's continued success over the years. The famous restaurant meats, rubs, sauce, and side recipe makes the same family methods they grew over the years. Their team makes everything is essentially the same scratch ingredients with some new favorites like hickory-smoked prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights, hand-cut rib-eye steaks and boneless Mississippi Delta catfish deep-fried in their unique cornmeal batter.
