For example, their pulled pork is crafted from fresh pork shoulder roast, coated in a custom pork rub, and slow-smoked for 10-12 hours using apple and oak hardwoods. Each meal is served with homemade cornbread or rice. The catering team at Smoking Pig BBQ is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and aims to contribute to the success of your special event. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant features a bar with live music, and there is no cover charge. They are very grateful to serve their bbq for their customers.
